The City Forest is a broad wooded area on the Yeşilkent side, five minutes from the town centre. Having so much green so close to the centre is a privilege for Bozüyük: you do not have to travel far to leave the noise behind.
Gazebos and barbecue areas line the walking path that runs through the grounds. At the end of the road there is a large car park. Rather than the gazebos nearest the entrance, walk ten minutes up to the ones higher on the slope: the Bozüyük plain and the neighbourhoods on the far hillsides open out in front of you.
There are playgrounds and a café on the site. Fires are permitted only in the designated barbecue areas.
There is a charge for bringing a vehicle in. The best hour for the view is late afternoon, when the sun turns west and lights up the plain. In winter it is a favourite for walks in the snow.
